Once you complete the registration form in the Contact section, you will receive an email with instructions to make the payment securely.

Registration Fees

• Postgraduate Students – U$D 90

  Exclusively for Master's or Doctoral students.

  To access this rate, it is mandatory to attach a valid proof of enrollment when completing the registration form.

  If the certificate is not provided, the general rate will automatically apply.

• General – U$D 150

  Intended for professionals and the general public. Includes full access to all congress activities, digital materials, and a certificate of participation.

*All amounts are stated in United States dollars (USD).

Payment Method

The only accepted payment method for this congress is Stripe, a secure international platform that allows online payments using debit or credit cards.

Once your abstract has been accepted by the Organizing Committee, you will receive the following via email:

• A personalized payment link through Stripe, which will take you directly to the payment page when clicked.

• A corresponding QR code, which you can scan with your mobile phone camera to access the payment page.

Both options will direct you to the same secure form to complete the payment by card.

Stripe is a widely used international platform that allows you to make online payments with a card in a simple and secure manner.

• No registration or downloads are required.

• You only need to enter your card details, as with any online purchase.

• The system protects your information using the highest security standards.

• Stripe is used by universities, conferences, and well-known companies worldwide.

Once you receive the payment link or QR code, simply follow the on-screen instructions. The process is quick and intuitive. If you are not familiar with this type of system, there is no need to worry — it is straightforward and user-friendly. 

There is no need to create a Stripe account or register.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the payment is confirmed.
